This site contains general information regarding hilchot STAM, laws pertaining to the art of writing and use of the Torah scrolls. The site also includes links to other Internet resources related to Sofer STAM (STAM is an acronym for Torah, Tefillin and Mezuzah)

     We provide synagogues, congregations, batei midrash, yeshivot and individuals with services in checking and restoration of Torah Scrolls. All the work is done according to the most stringent halachic principles. We have special expertise for restoration of mashuakh and non-mashuakh klaf, on Torah scrolls of European and Oriental origin, on all types of ktav. Special restoration services are available for museum quality scroll.

     Advice is available on use and proper care of a kosher sefer Torah and on using "sifrei zikaron" – Holocaust Torah scrolls for education and memorial purposes.
